I love using my stand mixer. I also love making cookies. I like to use the mini chips - it feels like you can fit more chocolate into each cookie that way. Also, I use the measuring spoon teaspoon to scoop the dough to get a nice circle shape. Those are my tips.
My tip is to marry a wonderful wife who likes to make large batches of chocolate chip cookies.
