Cinnamon Buns On My Mind

I want to try this Brioche Cinnamon Bun from 'wichcraft I saw on Serious Eats.  

I also want to try to make my friend Kate's Apple Cinnamon Buns that she wrote about with the recipe on her site Lettuce Eat Together.  

They both look so tasty.
